Making Smoothies With an Egg Beater
Smoothies are a tasty way to drink your calcium and fruit. The exact ingredients of each smoothie vary by recipe; some require ice or ice cream while others need only yogurt and cold fruit. A blender lets you to puree the contents into a drinkable smoothie, but it's also annoying to disassemble and clean. Satisfy your smoothie-making urge with an egg beater, a large bowel, yogurt and defrosted fruit.
Instructions

Combine yogurt and orange juice in a large mixing bowl. The bowl must be deep enough to prevent splattering over the sides when mixing.

Place the egg beaters in the mixture and select low to medium speed. Powering on the egg beaters before inserting them in the mixture will cause the ingredients to splatter severely and create a mess.

Rest the egg beaters on the side of the bowl and pour in your berries or mashed fruit. Fruit should be completely thawed into an almost liquid consistency, otherwise it won't blend.

Reinsert the egg beaters into the mixture and turn the speed on medium to high. Move the beaters around the bowl so the ingredients mix thoroughly.

Remove the egg beaters and pour your smoothie into a glass.
