1. The first metal working process is cold rolling. In this process, it is deformed by passing it through rollers at a low temperature. Cold rolling increases the yield strength and hardness of a metal by introducing defects into the metals crystal structure.
2. The second metal working process is straightening and cutting. This process uses specialized machinery to straighten and cut the wires. The cold rolled wire rods in the coil form is passed through pre set die and cartridge units present in the specialized machine, in which the wire rods are first straighten and then cut to set length automatically.
3. The third metal working process is welding. This process also applies the welding machines which is automatic, in which wires are welded together in square or other shapes. The wires are welded by electric resistance in an automated sate of the art machine that controls welding parameters precisely.
4. The fourth metal working process is bending and cutting. This process needs two separate machines. The cutting machine is used for cutting the finished meshes to desire dimension. And the bending machine is used to bend the cut meshes to required shape.
5. The last metal working process is surface treatment of mesh. This process is the last one, and after this we will finish the producing process and get a final good. And this process is implemented after the bending and cutting process.
