1. Introduction:
Weldmesh Flat is a revolutionary new welded mesh product, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but combines lightness, strength and flexibility to provide significant opportunities for a wide range of uses. Weldmesh panels are manufactured with a flat on edge profile which provides flexibility in one plane and rigidity in the other, or edge on edge which provides all round rigidity. These variations in wire orientation result in different panel strength characteristics providing flexibility of application depending upon strength to weight ratio required.
2. Varieties and shape:
Flat weldmesh is manufactured in roll and panel forms, Weldmesh benefits from superior welding technology. The horizontal and vertical wires are electrically welded at each intersection to form a virtually unbreakable mesh.
3. Usage of Flat weldmesh:
It is widely specified for a multitude of uses throughout industry, building and construction, agriculture and horticulture.
4. Processing of welded wire mesh can be different for various features:
4.1 Hot dipped galvanizing after weaving: Welded wire mesh woven with hot dipped galvanized iron wire.
4.2 Electro galvanizing after weaving: Welded wire mesh woven with electro galvanized iron wire.
4.3 PVC coating after welding: Welded wire mesh can be further coated with PVC powder.
