Reinforced steel mesh
1. Reinforced steel mesh material:
            1) Black steel wire, black steel bar (smooth or deformed)
            2) galvanized steel bar (smooth or deformed)
            3) Stainless steel bar
2. Features of Reinforced steel mesh:
2.1 The unique deformed wire pattern (curry pattern) offers superior bonding, improved stress distribution and crack-width control
2.2 Ferro-Fabric is available in a wide range of diameters and apertures. The products can be bent to shape as required
2.3 Manufactured from hard drawn wire (smooth) and cold rolled wire (deformed)
2.4 All intersections are resistant-welded thereby not reducing the tensile strength of the wires
2.5 Mesh has average shear strength equal to 80% of the wire strength
2.6 The wire used has physical properties which are rigidly controlled to produce mesh with maximum weld strength combined with ductility
2.7 The steel specifications allow for cold rolled wire with a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 510Mpa and a high resistance to fatigue
2.8 Mesh is available in black (pre-galvanized) and galvanized sheets or rolls
2.9 Also available on request: plastic coated and hot dipped (galvanized) mesh
3. Applications of Reinforced steel mesh:
We Supply welded steel bar wire mesh used in construction reinforcement, floor slab, suspended slabs, the ground for the tunnels, bridges, highway, airport and wharf, also in construction of wall body.
4. Packing: pallet or bulk in container.
