Five-heddle weave stainless steel wire mesh
1. Materials of Five-heddle weave stainless steel wire mesh: High quality stainless steel wire of 304,304L, 316, 316L. A filter mesh characterized by a 5-heddle-atlas pattern. This special weaving style makes it possible to produce open meshes with high flow rates combined with great mechanical stability. At the same time, it creates a smooth surface for easy removal of filter cake and trouble-free cleaning of the filter media.
2. Product name: five-heddle weave is divided as single layer mesh, double layer mesh , two and a half layer mesh, three layer mesh etc.
3. Typical Use of Five-heddle weave stainless steel wire mesh:
Five-Heddle Weave Wire Cloth is popular in applications including pressure and vacuum filters as well as filter candles. Industrial woven wire cloth and woven wire mesh are used as filtration of petroleum in chemical industries, in the form of filter ribbons or filter elements. It has proven especially applicable in drum filter equipment and in disc filters where the buildup of the filter cake, the removal and the cleaning are performed in continuous cycles. These meshes are used in waste water treatment, process water filtration and in the mining industry. Five-Heddle Weave Wire Mesh offers high flow rates and it is suitable for high mechanical loads, featuring a lightly structured mesh surface.
