Stainless steel mesh is a woven fabric that is normally made from T316 stainless steel wire. It has various applications throughout the industrial market and the domestic market.

3. Weave pattern of T304 Stainless steel wire mesh:
Plain Weave Stainless Steel Wire Mesh: Stainless Steel Wire Mesh can be divided into Plain Weave, Twill Weave and Dutch Weave according to difference of weaving types. Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Plain weave is the most commonly used weave. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below each weft wire. Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter.
Twill Weave Stainless Steel Wire Mesh: Each weft wire passes alternately over two, and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passes alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. It is possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter.
Dutch Weave Stainless Steel Wire Mesh: Dutch Twill Woven Wire Cloth offers higher strength than regular Dutch woven wire cloth. It packs even more wires in a given area than Dutch plain woven wire cloth. Generally, Dutch Twill Woven Wire Cloth offers finer mesh counts and lower flow than other Dutch Woven Wire Cloth and can be made to filter particles as fine as 2 microns in diameter.
Dutch Plain Woven Wire Cloth is primarily used as filter cloth. This kind of woven wire cloth has a coarser mesh and wire in the warp direction and a finer mesh and wire in the weft direction. Dutch Plain Woven Wire Cloth makes an ideal filter cloth with a very compact, firm mesh with great strength.
