1. Materials: Wuzhou Kingda Stainless Steel Wire Mesh products are generally made of stainless steel Type 304, Type 304L, Type 316 and Type 316L.We produce wire cloth in all kinds of forms. The weaving is determined according to our customers, specific requirements, such as the material, the wire diameter, the size of the mesh, width and length.
2. Features of Stainless steel mine screen: Stainless steel is wear-resisting, heat-resisting, acid-resisting and corrosion resisting. Just because of these characteristics, the wire mesh made of stainless steel is extensively used in mining, chemical industry, food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
3. Weave types of Stainless steel mine screen: Plain weave, Plain Dutch weaves, Twilled weave, and Twilled Dutch weave.
3.1 Plain weave: Each wire is woven alternately over and under the warp wires through the cloth at 90 degree angles.
3.2 Plain Dutch weave: Each warp wire and each weft wire passes alternately over and under the wires running traversal through the cloth.
3.3 The Twilled Weave: Each weft wire passes over two and under two warp wires, and each warp wire passes over and under two weft wires.
3.4 Twilled Dutch Weave: Fill wires are passed alternately over and under two warp wires.
