1. Introduction:
Material: Mainly stainless steel ss316L, but other material like Low carbon steel wire is also available at your request.
2. Surface treatment of Welded Stainless T316L:
Usually, as stainless steel has good features of anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-heat, so it usually do not need to finish, but other material like low carbon steel can be treat in the following methods:
(1)Hot dipped galvanizing after weaving
(2)Electric galvanizing after weaving
(3)PVC coated welded wire mesh
2. Features: Stainless Welded Mesh costs less time and labor in work. It saves about 50 to 70 percent work time compared with common binding wire mesh. The use of bar grating can also strengthen the concrete parts to reduce surface breaking ratio.
